Pretty much everyone’s favourite jam. And here’s our favouritre version of it. As you might expect, it’s all down to the quality of the fruit, so we only use fresh, field-grown strawberries, to ensure our jam delivers the strawberryist of strawberry jams. One that demands to be the crowning glory on a scone with clotted cream.
