Wild Girolle Mushrooms, 1kg

During the winter months our forager James gathers wild mushrooms in Cornwall. The wild field blewit mushrooms enjoy the mild winters down South and their flavour is exceptional. They also look the part with their funky blue stems brightening up many a dish on a winter's day. All wild mushrooms are fantastic in a whole variety of dishes but our all time favourite is wild mushroom pasta.
